Another day, another way for the Yellows to attack the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte.
Students from the University of the Philippines (U.P.) present "Warrant of Arrest" against President Rodrigo Duterte on charges of treason, murder, attacks on press freedom, and other human rights violations.
This, after the issuance of a warrant of arrest against Rappler CEO Maria Ressa on charges of alleged online libel.
Maria Ressa has posted bail and was released earlier today.
Despite the great support, the Dilwans even had the audacity to sign from "The Filipino People", generalizing that we are unhappy with our president.
FACT: This case was filed by a private person against Maria Ressa since 2012 before the cyrbercrime law took effect and did not take down the malicious article after being asked to take it down.

BUT Rappler updated the online article in Feb 2014 which became the basis of the suit.
This has been long coming but she was too proud and confident because she's backed up by Yellow Admin. And now she masquerades under the premise of violation of Freedom of Speech.

When they smear someone's reputation without evidence, it's okay, it's freedom of speech. If the law doesn't favor them, it's a violation. Que horror!
Quotation marks were added to "Warrant of Arrest" as it is only a sample warrant, meant to serve as a prop in their exercise of free speech.
Only courts can issue warrants.
The very instance na naibabalandra nyo pa yang banner na yan at wala pang humuhuli o bumabaril sa inyo, is enough to dismiss the whole bullshit na ibinabato nyo.

ReplyDeleteBayad yang mga yan. Naku naman mga kabataang kumunista. Walang katulad ni Pres.Duterte na malakas ang loob sugpuin ang droga. Marealize nyo sana wala dinulot na mabuti ang droga pero bakit parang di pa din kayo masaya may warrant of arrest pa kaung nalalaman.

ReplyDeleteFreedom of expression is not absolute and must not be misused to besmirch or damage the reputation of people. Misguided, misled studentry in the University of the Philippines are in the habit if sliganeer and don't think logically. I pity them snd 5heir ilk!
