Authorities arrested businessman Dong Yi Shen aka Kenneth Dong on Monday (February 4) over his alleged involvement as facilitator of the P6.4 billion shabu shipment from China that slipped past the Bureau of Customs (BOC) in 2017.
Operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Division (NBI-AOTCD) arrested Dong at 2pm in Lot 87, Block 12, Phase 2, Katarungan Village, Muntinlupa City.

Dong was tagged by customs broker and co-accused Mark Taguba as the middleman of Filipino-Chinese businessman Richard Chen, the owner of the warehouse in Valenzuela City where the shabu shipment was seized by NBI AOTCD and BOC in May 2017.
